back in the melee

well, i returned from spring break sunday and am just now getting to updating and telling everyone what a wonderful spring break i had. i did absolutely nothing. it was beautiful. i spent half of it at home with the fam and the other half i spent with friends down in golf shores. the only disappointing thing was that it wasn't exactly warm enough to sun (that doesn't mean it stopped us) so we spent most of the time in the jacuzzi.

so i'm back at school and it's almost like i never had a spring break. i've got a huge amount of work to do that i don't really feel like doing so i'm about to head to the library and do my research because, surprise surprise, it's due tomorrow. *sigh* my how time flies. i'm also going to start my research for my other class.

research topic 1: the effect prohibition had on the closing and reopening of bars in the birmingham area. a study of the changing demographics of three (3) two (2) streets in downtown birmingham as prohibition goes in and out.

research topic 2: the rise of iconography and the split in the church during the byzantine empire.

research topic 3: don't ask me. i can't remember. Why/How did Rome descend into chaos?
