the deal

ok, here's the deal. i took this roman republic and empire class this spring semester. i did pretty well on most everything with the exception of the tests because... well, it's complicated and the tests were evil. so anyway, i checked my grade and discovered i had a c+. the first thoughts through my head were "damn, so close. meaning i'm 1 or 2 points away from a b-." so i go to the lovely webct thing and check what my grade is. much to my consternation my grade is a 79.25. i'm .75 of a point away from a b-! *pout* so i think i'm going to e-mail the prof and see if he'll give me the .75 or possibly let me do something that will account for that 1/4 of a point.
