so i meant to post this yesterday but got sidetracked. i walked in the parade yesterday for eric maxwell. he's running for county commissioner. vote the 18th all you fayette county citizens!
so... after a grueling 95 degree day yesterday, it decides to rain about two hours before the fireworks were supposed to go off. it is now the second time this year i've watched fireworks in the rain. oh well, at least it wasn't freezing...
there was a shuttle launch yesterday at 2:38 p.m. and was aired live... unfortunatley i zoned out through it and didn't come to until 4 so i missed it.
for all you soccer/football fans out there. the world cup is continuing. i don't know whether to feel sorry for portugal or what. france beat them and they are now going to the world cup finals. france and italy are now in the finals together.
