for those of you who don't know, much of the u.s. is on red alert today after british authorities uncovered a plot that would be on scale of 9/11 if it had been carried out. as a result, flights coming from england (and europe in general) have heightened security measures implimented. liquids are not allowed to be carried onto an airline and anything with a battery is confiscated. the prohibited list ranges from soft drinks to make-up and everything in between.
