my 8 o'clock is the farthest it can possibly be and still be on campus. i'll give you an idea of how far it is from my dorm room. it's a good thing i left earlier than i had planned otherwise i would've been late to class on the first day. how sad, a senior and my excuse for being late would be "i got lost." the tennis courts have just been built so it's a whole new building and, since i don't live anywhere close to west campus (greek housing) i had no idea where i was going.





the blue dot is my dorm. the red dot are the tennis courts (my 8 o'clock class). the green dot is my 9:15 class. after my 9 o'clock i have 5 minutes to get to my 9:15. to give you an idea of how long it takes to get across campus, i'll give you an example. it takes me 8-12 minutes to get to the green dot. a little over 15 minutes to get to #13 (near the football field) so you can just imagine how long it takes to get to the red dot. i left my room at 7:35 this morning and got to the red dot with 3 minutes to spare. now that is a hike for so early in the morning.
