it's my party

okay, maybe it's not. my mom's birthday's today! w00t! happy birthday mommy!

anyway, we get some really freaky people on campus sometimes. lately there's been this guy who wears a blonde wig, those plastic eyeglasses (you know the ones with the fake nose and mustache), a white t-shirt, white knee-high socks, and no pants... no boxers for that matter either. yup, we got someone who's exposing himself around the female dorms. lucky us. yahoo. he usuallyl doesn't say anything but recently he's spoken in a hoarse, whispered voice, "none shall pass". yeah, i told you we get freaky people sometimes. i highly doubt he's out right now considering it's below freezing and most everyone here is used to southern winters. the females had a security meeting tonight and i skipped. didn't feel like walking all the way across campus just to be told the same thing they e-mail to us.

on another note, jan term is fast approaching a close. yup, that it is. finals are on friday and then i have until tuesday before the spring semester begins. fun stuff. i'm most likely going home but i'm not sure yet. i have to see if my ride's going home first before i can be sure. let me see.... yeah, so only what? three more days of having to take afternoon showers? yay! can't wait till my showers are moved back to mornings. it's so hard waking up and going to class without a shower. i feel so gross. i'm pretty sure i'm passing all my classes too. that's great. yes, it's been a whole lot of work but believe me when i say it hasn't been that bad.

anything else? hmm... not that i can think of right now. we had a three day weekend which was great. got to catch up on all my missed sleep and such. shiela's birthday was friday, jenice's was monday, and my mom's was today. wow, lots of birthdays!

oh! i'll have to tell you about what i'm doing this summer once i know for sure. still gotta find a job. yup yup! hopefully i can find one that will let me disappear for two weeks in the middle of the summer. i'll have to tell y'all about it later.
