i'm so unbelieveably excited! oh my gosh! step sing is going to be great this year. i am beyond thrilled right now. *giggle* everyone has to come! i'm making a fool out of myself and i just know you want to see that.

i can't really say much about it right now. it's top secret and i'd have to kill you if i told you *wink* okay, if you don't know what step sing is i'll try to explain it. basically, it's a fundraiser for different charities around the city/state. different organizations (i.e. greek, independents, swing, etc.) form groups of about 70 people and practice for 3 weeks putting together a song and dance routine. it's crazy and the majority of the time it's a really good show. well, last year we (independent ladies) should've definitely won, but alas, we were first running up. this year we're going to rock the house! yay!

if you didn't know i was crazy before you will know now after all this is over. you see, i've volunteered for something... something i haven't done in at least 11 years. if it all works out, i'll be on the front row bustin' a move. ahhhhh! so excited. it'll be a blast! i'll have to get a picture of me at some point in my get-up. okay okay okay. i can't say anything else because if i do i'll end up giving something away. you just have to see it. it'll be worth the $10-$15 it takes to get in. besides, it's for a good cause! trust me, the half-way houses, innercity outreach programs, and such would greatly appreciate it.

now, off to early american history before i completely put it off.
