for those of you out of touch with the real world for the summer i've decided to give you an update on world matters as well as trivial events that have happened for the past three weeks or so.

the new american idol is taylor hicks and has apparently been named hottest bachelor of 2006.
the u.s. has no ban on gender selection of infants. i'm behind in the news if i didn't know you could actually select something like that.
paris hilton has decided to become a singer and has released her single "stars are blind" and believe me, it's on the radio a lot.
back in march, representative cynthia mckinney slapped/punched a security guard/capitol police officer in the capitol because he stopped her when going through a checkpoint without identification and refusing to identify herself. yesterday, the grand jury refused to indict mckinney. she is now free to slap whomever she pleases.
alright, that's everything i can think of right now. it's hot as hell so i'm going to find something cool to do.
