So, it's been a while since I updated. Not much has happened honestly. Over Easter, the group of us went up to Chicago just for the fun of it. It definitely snowed on us... some of us had never seen snow fall like that. It was quite entertaining nevertheless. Next time I will bring appropriate shoes. I wasn't anticipating snowfall of that magnitude.
Other than that, I've just been working. I have to train all the booksellers in the cafe... as a result, I'm usually there 20-40 minutes after my shift ends (because I kick the trainee out). In May, I will be tortured with bookstore training. *groan*
In recently not so new news, Taylor talked back to me. I reprimanded her. She rolled her eyes and was generally disrespectful which I then reported to my manager, Patty. Then I find out that after the cash drawer was changed that the drew was $30 short... and it was under my name. Taylor, whether she realized it or not, confessed to short-changing the drawer so thankfully it's not my fault and I don't have to take the heat for it.
