bread!

Today I've tried a new bun recipe. It turned out well. I'll post pictures!

It's a tijgerbollen or tiger bun. It's also called a dutch crunch in the US.

It's all pasty and ugly... like dough... with a rice "dough" coating.

See! it's all the cracked and stuff. I think I might make smaller buns next time. These were essentially the size of my fist... a good sandwich bun if I so desire.
