another tuesday

yet not.

i'm planning on going to london for jan-term this year and so i attended the informational meeting. much to my utter surprise and astonishment, i discovered that there are only 13 spots for the course i'm wanting to take while there. 13! it's going to be interesting fighting my way into the program. anyway, that was this morning.

i had class at 11 today. the historians craft, if you want to know which one. i was in class maybe ten minutes before the fire alarms went off. wow, talk about crazy. class was postponed about 30 minutes while the firefighters scoured the building for the source of the distraction. turns out it was just a light that sparked. no big deal. oh yeah. i feel safe now. class was also let out early because my prof had to go to a book signing. yeah, strange.

i'm currently looking for a job. yes, a job. another thing i had promised myself that i would never do while in college. class + work = kaitlin's insane. so anyway, i found a job that would work with me. unfortunately, we're looking at 20 hours a week and that's on top of my 16 hours of classes. if i get this job it will become official that i have no life.
