What amazes me is that I get all the older men (40+) who are absolutely smitten with me. I don't know if they're just desperate for some young thing or if I'm actually pretty or if they're lonely and needing someone to talk to or if I'm actually as wonderful as I (sometimes) think I am and the guys my age are just too intimidated by me that they can't approach me.
Today I decided that I was going to do my weekly task (dusting all the stands in the lobby) and within 10 minutes a gentleman (probably in his early to mid 60s) stops me and talks to me for the next 30 minutes. Now, I didn't mind since I was far too efficient today and finished shipment an hour and a half early
Oh, I've been promoted.
