New Banner!

I won't call this a new layout because it's not. I just changed the banner. I've been trying to change it for the past three months and so far this is the best thing I could do (this time I have the spelling right;) well... mostly). It was honestly hard coming up with the menu. You'd think after a year I'd have that thing memorized.
